All Good From The Sea BTB
In Denmark we are lucky to be surrounded by the sea from all sides. We have access to plenty of exciting seafood, but the facts are that far too few eat it. In the course we take you on a journey in the wondrous world of the sea. We are going to make four dishes with fish, seafood and seaweed -- both in familiar ways and with a dispute. Look forward to lots of inspiration so you can cook them with great flavor.
